  • Do you have a minimum order?
    • We do not have a minimum order
  • How much is my shipping?
    • When you get to our checkout page you will see your shipping options and prices based on the address you’d like to ship to
    • We offer Free Ground Shipping on most of our products
  • What is your return policy?
    • Products (excluding software) may be returned within 30 days of purchase if they arrive in the original condition and packaging. You are responsible for the shipping cost (and insurance) on the return.

International Shipping

  • Do you ship to my country?
    • With the exception of HutchColor, the agreements we have with the manufacturers we represent do not allow us to ship to addresses outside of the US.

Pricing and Billing

  • Do you price-match?
    • With few exceptions we can price-match legitimate offers from other resellers. Be cautious about purchasing from resellers that are not authorized dealers for the brands they are selling... it can be a major problem if you ever need to file a warranty claim.
  • Do I have to pay sales tax?
    • We charge sales tax when the shipping address is located in California. If you would like to see if we can price-match a vendor that does not charge sales tax in California (or absorbs it in their price), please send us a note through our Contact Us page or give us a call.
